Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Destinations

We ship across Canada and to the United States, as well as select international destinations.

Shipping Rates

Canada

  • Standard Shipping (tracked): $9.99 – $14.99
  • Free Shipping on orders over $150 CAD

United States & International

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Typical delivery times: 5–12 business days (may vary by country)

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Packaging

All sealed Pokémon TCG products are carefully packaged to protect against damage during transit.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
